From Dream to Community: Unity Islamic Center Takes Root in Morton Grove

In 2017, a powerful vision bloomed in Morton Grove: a center that unites people across backgrounds. With no existing community space, we embarked on a journey fueled by our collective spirit. Now, thanks to the incredible support of our community, a former church is transforming into the Unity Islamic Center.

This will be more than just a place of worship. It will be a vibrant hub where people of all faiths and walks of life can connect. Imagine children’s laughter echoing through welcoming halls, seniors finding solace and companionship, and young adults seeking guidance in a supportive environment.
